1 General Introduction

gb9o (referred to hereinafter as "the Platform", "we" or "gb9o") provides an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal basis of the agreement between gb9o and its users ("you" or "member").

You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. gb9o reserves the right to close any account where false or misleading information has been provided.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out using your login credentials.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at gb9o: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. The maximum deposit limit depends on your account verification level.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Once a request is approved, the transfer is usually completed within 10 to 45 minutes. In some cases, processing may take a little longer due to banking or payment provider delays.

Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests may be on hold until verification is complete.

3.3 Currency

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳2,000 will add an extra ৳3,000 as a bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 25 times (25x). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is valid for one use only and applies to one account, address or payment method.
• When playing with bonus funds, wagering contributions may differ depending on the game category.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If any abuse or manipulation of a bonus is found, gb9o reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

5 VIP and Cashback Program

gb9o offers three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver Tier: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold Tier: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Regular and active use is required to move from Bronze to Silver and from Silver to Gold. VIP tier placement is entirely at gb9o's discretion. The timing and method of cashback payments may change.

6 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any software, bot, script or automation tool to gain an unfair advantage.
